Meet Coach Vlad, the founder of NoExcuses, who has over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Level 3 and 4 certified personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Combining his fitness expertise and a Finance degree with Honors, Vlad creates personalised programs focusing on sustainable, lasting results. As a husband and father, he understands the challenges of balancing family and fitness, helping members do the same.
