Meet Coach Vlad, the founder of NoExcuses, who has over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Level 3 and 4 certified personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Combining his fitness expertise and a Finance degree with Honors, Vlad creates personalised programs focusing on sustainable, lasting results. As a husband and father, he understands the challenges of balancing family and fitness, helping members do the same. His mission is to inspire people to live healthier lives by fostering perseverance and accountability. At NoExcuses, it’s all about building habits that last a lifetime.
